Pierce began his career at Endeavor Real Estate Group in Austin, TX where he gained extensive experience in retail real estate while working with a diverse range of institutional and private clients. Over the course of his time at Endeavor, he facilitated $51,000,000 in transaction volume and leased more than 170,000 square feet of retail space. Representing both owners and operators in leasing and site selection, Pierce earned recognition as a top performer in the Central Texas market.
Now a member of the Corner Realty Team, he leverages his transaction expertise and deep understanding of retail dynamics to identify opportunities and maximize portfolio value for his clients in the downstream energy sector.
Pierce holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas. Actively engaged in the Austin community, he currently serves as a Host Partner with Toolbox Ministries. In addition, he has contributed his time and expertise to committees with the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Young Men’s Business League (YMBL), and I Live Here I Give Here.
