Rishi Karthik, Analyst, offers extensive support to Corner Capital & Corner Realty clients in all areas of project management and transaction execution. His primary duties involve assistance in valuation and underwriting, financial modeling, market research, and client project on-boarding.
Prior to joining Corner Capital, Rishi began his career as an investment banking analyst for Wells Fargo Securities in the Consumer & Retail industry, developing client and research presentations, and supporting senior bankers across M&A, debt, and equity transactions. He compiled comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, overseeing all pertinent financial analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, LBO, and accretion/dilution.
Rishi earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is currently holds FINRA Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) and Investment Banking Representative (Series 79) licenses.
